Man injured by power line

A man was injured when the top of a tree he was cutting struck him and pushed him into a power line August 18, 2023, in Ammon, Idaho. He was trapped between the treetop and the trunk, and his harness, chain saw and safety lanyard became tangled, keeping him trapped. Officials believed his injuries were not life threatening, according to an eastidahonews.com report.
