Property owner killed in struck-by

A man was seriously injured when he was impaled by a branch while doing yard work August 31, 2024, in Rockland, Massachusetts. Raffaele Bruzzese, 62, of Rockland, was clearing trees on his property using a skid steer when a tree fell through the cab of the equipment and impaled his abdomen. He was taken to the hospital, where he died of his injuries Sept. 2, 2024, according to an NBC Boston report.
