Lineman killed in struck-by

A line-clearance contractor was killed while working to restore power after a storm January 13, 2023, in Jasper County, Georgia.
Jesse Maxwell, 32, of Jasper County, was working in a bucket truck when a large limb kicked back, striking him in the head. Maxwell was not breathing after he was struck, according to a WSBTV.com report.
