DOT worker dies in struck-by

A Georgia Department of Transportation worker was killed while clearing storm damage in Walker County, Georgia, January 13, 2023.
Sean Kornacki, 40, of Lafayette, Ga., was apparently on or under a fallen tree, cutting it up when the tree fell or rolled and landed on top of him. He was killed instantly, according to a WTKR news report.
