Man killed in struck-by aloft

A man died after being struck by a cut limb while 30 feet up in a tree in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, January 14, 2023.
Ricardo Busto, 36, and another man were removing a limb when the limb struck him in the head. The other man held Busto in place while awaiting rescue. The Winston-Salem Fire Department brought Busto to the ground and discovered he had died, according to a WXII-TV report.
