Man injured in struck-by while in a tree

A man was injured when he cut himself with a chain saw while in a tree May 13, 2023, in Vernon, Connecticut. Emergency personnel gave the man a tourniquet to apply, and he was able to get down from the tree with assistance from the responders, according to a patch.com report.
