Worker dies in fall from boom

A worker died when the aerial lift he was operating tipped over May 18, 2024, in Franklinville, N.Y. Justin Howard, 43, of Franklinville, was trimming trees when the lift tipped. He was conscious when emergency crews arrived and was taken to a medical center, where he died, according to a WKBW News report.
