Operator dies in fall from lift

A tree worker died when he fell from the bucket of an aerial lift while trimming trees October 3, 2023, in Franklin County, North Carolina. Raymond Edward Morgan Jr., 44, of Zebulon, N.C., fell approximately 60 feet. First responders stated that he went into cardiac arrest while being transported to the hospital, according to a wral.com report.
