Climber killed in eucalyptus tree

A climber died after being struck and pinned by a cut branch in a eucalyptus tree November 1, 2023, in Scottsdale, Arizona. The climber, who had been hired by a homeowner to work on the dead eucalyptus, was pinned high up in the tree. Rescue crews from Scottsdale and Phoenix used an aerial ladder to remove the man’s body, according to an azcentral.com report.
